Top filmmakers in four categories will each receive $1,000.
The categories are:

2-Top film among filmmakers over 18.
3-Best original musical composition used in a film.
4-Best film about a charitable organization.

BlueCat Screenplay CompetitionEarly Deadline: 2019 BlueCat Screenplay Competition

The 2019 BlueCat Screenplay Competition, now in its 21st year, is currently accepting submissions. Submit your script (feature, short, hour or half-hour pilot) by the Early Deadline - September 30th, 2018. Every submission will receive written analysis by October 15th, 2018. After receiving your written analysis your script is eligible for resubmission and will be eligible for the competition. BlueCat was founded by screenwriter Gordy Hoffman (Love Liza) and has been developing and discovering up-and-coming writers since 1998.
