“We engaged StudentFilmmakers Magazine as part of our media budget for the Fuel The Change Video Contest, sponsored by the Ethanol Promotion & Information Council. CHIMERA had decided to produce a student film contest in honor of our 25th Anniversary and to raise awareness of our Lightbanks and other lighting tools with the emerging filmmakers market. We had done a bit of advertising on Kim Welch’s, web site so I decided to see what ideas he may have.
