The 18th Woods Hole Film Festival, one of the premiere non-profit organizations
on Cape Cod, presented over 100 films from around the world in the quaint village
of Woods Hole. Filmmakers and patrons alike gathered to Woods Hole from around
the world to see great films, meet interesting filmmakers and bask in the best
of summertime on Cape Cod. Beyond the Festival, the Woods Hole Film Institute
offers year-round programming that supports filmmakers, musicians, screenwriters
and the Woods Hole Film Festival. These programs, such as Dinner & a Movie,
Filmmaker in the Schools, the Documentary Workshop and others help fulfill the
mission of the organization and support the film community on Cape Cod and throughout
New England. Check the organization's website for the official 2009 film selection
