QED Connect Acquisition Target Nazz Productions Commissions Acclaimed Singer/Songwriter to Compose Score

This is the first full score composed by Ryan, whose songs have been featured on such hit television series as "House", "One Tree Hill" and "Dawson's Creek". As a singer/songwriter, he has performed on Late Show with David Letterman as well as Late Night with Conan O'Brien. He has toured with some of the most respected names in music, including Steve Earle, Lucinda Williams, Nanci Griffith, Tift Merrit and Kasey Chambers.
(MANCHESTER, N.H) QED Connect, Inc. ("QED Connect") (OTC: QEDN),
a Holding Company, announced that its acquisition target, Nazz Productions Inc.
("Nazz"), recently finished recording and mixing the original score
for its new suspense thriller, "GOOD DAY FOR IT", written by acclaimed
singer/songwriter, Matthew Ryan. The score was recorded/mixed at The Lerkim
Studio in Nashville, TN.

Nazz president and producer/director of GOOD DAY FOR IT, Nick Stagliano commented,

a soundtrack CD to increase awareness for the film."

with the upcoming American Film Market, which begins November 3rd in Santa Monica."
