The Off-Camera Flash 101 class is designed to help you use your small flashes and modifiers to take your photography to the next level.
Off-Camera Flash 101

Light is the essence of photography. From natural light to the best pro lighting
kits, the ability to control and manipulate light is what differentiates a good
photograph from a great one. The Off-Camera Flash 101 class is designed to help
you use your small flashes and modifiers to take your photography to the next
level.
The course will cover:
1. Introduction to off camera flash photography ( strobist )
- An explanation of off camera flash, how it works, reasons to use off camera
flash.
2. Off camera flash equipment.
- The equipment needed for off camera flash.
- The type of light modifiers available for shoe mounted flashes.
- Explanation of what each modifiers does and the light it produces.
3. Off camera flash use.
- How to use off camera flash to get the effects you want.
- How to use TTL and manual flash triggering.
4. Demonstration and participation in actual shooting with off camera flash.
Cost: $50 to pre-register, $60 if registered the day of the class (Course
is $25 if you purchased your flash from Berger Brothers).
