Students can sign up for free virtual access to a full day of live streaming education, broadcast from the StreamGeeks Summit in New York City this November. The StreamGeeks Summit will be an event that brings together the top minds in the live streaming and video production industries at the Dream Downtown Hotel, in NYC on November 8th. There is a limited amount of free tickets for broadcast club leaders who want to attend the event in person. There is also a limited amount of press passes available for student journalists.
Students who can’t attend in person are encouraged to watch live or on-demand to learn about subjects such as Facebook Live, LinkedIn, eSports, Twitch, YouTube and more. The keynote speaker will be Geoffrey Colon, Head of Microsoft Advertising Brand Studio and author of “Disruptive Marketing.” Students interested in Marketing, Communications, Social Media, Broadcasting and Journalism will find the Summit’s sessions applicable to these fields.
