Bright Mountain Holdings, Inc. has acquired the website wardocumentaryfilms.com. The acquisition is part of a strategic plan to grow a large following of Veteran and Military members and increase brand recognition among this group. With this acquisition, War Documentary Films becomes a part of Bright Mountain Holdings family of websites, which also includes TheBright.com™.

War Documentary Films is a database of the most popular documentary films about war. It offers users the chance to preview the films and purchase them, for which a commission is earned. Aside from its high search engine ranking, the site has a complimentary YouTube page that has a large built-in audience comprised of Veterans and current Military members. The site will also be used to share content with Bright Mountain Holdings , Inc. main website TheBright.com™ and build a larger social media following.

The acquisition is part of an overall business strategy to build an online ecosystem of daily content, products and services for a targeted audience of Military Members and First Responders.
