Nominations are chosen for each year's Chlotrudis Awards at the end of January, and announced in early February. Members are invited to vote through the ballot found on this website. Members may e-mail [email protected] for the ballot password. We do hope that voters have seen a high percentage of the nominees' films before voting. Members MUST have seen all of the nominees in the Best Documentary and Buried Treasure categories to vote. Votes are tallied and announced at the annual Awards Ceremony in March. The Best Short Film nominees are screened at the Coolidge Corner Theatre as part of Chlotrudis Awards' Short Film Festival in late February or early March. Voting by both Chlotrudis members and the general public is done at the Festival, and the winner is announced at the annual Awards Ceremony.

Each year's special award's are chosen by their respective committees at the annual Nominating Committee meeting in late January. The recipients of these awards are announced in February, and the official presentation made at the annual Awards Ceremony.
