Video Contests, Film Festivals, and Awards

ENTRY GUIDELINES

ENTRY FEES For early submissions received by May 1, 2004:
Features (60 minutes or longer) $35
Shorts and Featurettes (59 minutes or less) $25
For ALL received after May1 and postmarked by midnight, June 1, 2004
Features (60 minutes or longer) $40
Shorts or Featurettes (59 minutes or less) $30
All filmmakers will be informed of their entry��s status after July 31, 2004.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION


Film (16mm/35mm) or video formats (DVD/BetaSP/VHS) are eligible for screenings. Digital formats will be considered. We WILL NOT screen high definition or mini-DV at this time.
If a film is accepted we will require 5 additional preview tapes (for jury, press, etc�K).
The filmmaker agrees that once a film is scheduled for screening it may not be withdrawn from the Festival program.

ELIGIBILITY AND REQUIREMENTS


Submit a preview copy on VHS (1/2" NTSC only) or DVD for consideration by the Programming Committee. Be certain to label with the film's title, your name, phone number, and email address
Include a completed entry form and applicable fee for each entry
Foreign language films must be subtitled in English.
Include publicity materials (digital photos, stills, press releases, postcards, etc.).
Include a self-addressed, stamped postcard for acknowledgment of receipt.
Include a self-addressed, stamped bubble-pack envelope for return of preview copy.
The entry fee is non-refundable. Accepted forms of payment include: check or money order (US only), Discover, MasterCard or Visa. Checks should be made payable to Film Fest New Haven, Inc.
