The 6th Annual Milwaukee Short Film/ Video Festival, Milwaukee, June 6th. (Tentative)

Types of films Accepted: Narrative, documentary, experimental and animated. Length should be no longer than 20 minutes. There will also be an out of competition selection that will be programmed during separate viewing times.

The festival will not consider: demo reels, commercials, media games, educational or informational productions.

Format:
All films should provide a VHS videotape-screening copy. The films will be projected via VHS projector. DVD format is also available. Entrants can submit up to three films. Each entry must have a separate entry form and fee. Each Entrant is responsible for securing all necessary rights/ permissions for festival exhibition of each work. Each Entrant will be given the option of whether they want their work televised for broadcast during the summer.

Entries will be judged by a panel and the winner (best film) will be awarded $1,000.
Entrants must agree to the final decisions of Festival programmers and jurors.

ENTRY DEADLINE: postmarked by April 30th 2004. No late entries will be accepted.
ENTRIES MUST INCLUDE:
Completed and signed entry form for each entry submitted.
Entry fee (check $18.00) for each submission.
VHS videotape copy of each work.
Film synopsis, principal cast and filmmaker bios
Press kit if available

INCOMPLETE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
One entry per tape. Cue Tape to the start of film. Mark name of film/filmmaker clearly on the case and tape or DVD. We will send notification of each entry to each entrant. All materials will not be returned unless a self-addressed stamped envelope is included. Make entry check of $18.00 payable to OLD SKOOL PRODUCTIONS. No cash or credit cards accepted.
