Video Symphony welcomes Lin Bicklemann as the newest addition to the team as a Job Placement Agent & Industry Liaison.

Lin Bickelmann was encouraged to take her skills in social science and become a talent agent, as she had a knack for marketing, promoting and booking. In 1995 she founded Encore Artists Management, and several years later co-founded the CA-licensed Talent Agency, Encore Talent Group. Lin was the CEO of both Encores, providing representation and career direction to hundreds of actors, producers and writers for TV/Film, Theatre and Commercials. Encore represented numerous Emmy Award-winning and nominated writers and producers. Encore-represented actors appeared in hundreds of commercials, as series regulars, reoccurring, and co-starring roles alongside many Emmy- and Oscar-winning and nominated artists. Encore's production arm was involved in developing and packaging talent and projects under consideration by networks, studios and production companies.

Lin has been profiled numerous times by Backstage.com and served two consecutive terms as Second Vice President of the largest trade organization representing Talent Managers globally (the Talent Managers Association, now in its 58th year). In 2007, Lin received commendation as Talent Manager of the Yeara prestigious award given to distinguished individuals who exemplify excellence in TV/Film talent management by operating with superior dedication and ethical treatment of artists and high standards among industry professionals.
