Moving Movie Moments For International Forgiveness Week

As part of the preparations for the celebration of International Forgiveness Week and Weekend Of Perfect Peace, A Course In Miracles International is releasing on the event website, a series of unedited interviews that were done for the acclaimed documentary, A Course In Miracles Unleashed: A Direct Encounter With Jesus Christ In The Evolution And Enlightenment Of The Human Species.

The series of interviews to be shown on the web will focus on the action and experience of forgiveness as the necessary means of liberating the human mind from its apparent condition of bondage by space and time. As Jesus Christ states in A Course In Miracles, "You who want peace can find it only by complete forgiveness."

The interview currently showing on the event website is Theo's Story, in which Reverend Richard "Theo" O'Connor shares the profoundly moving drama of his spiritual awakening and liberation through the act of forgiveness.

According to film editor, John Gaffney, Theo's story was chosen first, because his experiences are a perfect testimony to the incredible release and joy available to the forgiving mind. "It is just as Jesus says in A Course In Miracles," continues Gaffney, "All this beauty will rise to bless your sight as you look upon the world with forgiving eyes. For forgiveness literally transforms vision, and lets you see the real world reaching quietly and gently across chaos, removing all illusions that had twisted your perception and fixed it on the past. The smallest leaf becomes a thing of wonder, and a blade of grass a sign of God's perfection."

International Forgiveness Week and Weekend of Perfect Peace will be observed worldwide on September 14-23, 2012.

A Course In Miracles International will celebrate the event in a grand festival spanning two locations in Wisconsin Dells, WI, and numerous affiliate centers around the globe.
