(Los Angeles, CA) Twenty of the top experts in the fields of medicine, nutrition, weight loss, spirituality, and the mind, have come together in The Inner Weigh™ to share their secrets to permanent weight loss – without dieting.

“The Inner Weigh™ is about tapping into the power of your subconscious mind to create the body and life that you want,” says the film’s Producer and Creator, clinical psychologist Dr. Dave Smiley, who has released 55 pounds by using the principles in this film.

Millions of people struggle daily from self-hatred and an unhealthy relationship with food.

Over 50% of women say their body disgusts them. (Dove Internal Study, 2002) 50% of women and 25% of men would rather give up sex than gain ten pounds (Nutrisystem poll, USA Today, 2010). 67% of dieters regain the weight they lose and more within two to five years, according to UCLA researchers (American Psychologist, 2007).

More and more people have come to realize that DIETS JUST DON’T WORK! EVEN OPRAH SAYS SHE WILL NEVER DIET AGAIN! The Inner Weigh™ is the only way!

“Since December, I have been motivated to lose 50 pounds, which is 25% of my body weight. Thanks for the inspiration! I know the film is going to be a big success.” – J. Rountree, Black Mountain, North Carolina

"I highly recommend this film—it will be at the top of my client’s must-see list!" - Dee McCaffrey, CDC, Nutrition Counselor, Weight Loss Coach and author of Plan-D: The Amazing Anti-Diet That Will Change Your Life Forever

The film features world leaders in personal growth and development including Dr. Andrea Pennington, Bob Proctor, Dr. Gay Hendricks, Mary Morrissey, Renée Stephens, Bronwyn Marmo, Debbie Johnson, Dr. Matthew B. James, Bonnie MeChelle, Janice Taylor, Victoria Moran, Andréa Albright and more!

Loving yourself works! Many of the teachers in the film have overcome their own personal struggles with food, weight, body image and self-esteem. They lost weight and kept it off for much longer than the norm, some for even over 25 years. They learned to love their bodies first and their bodies responded! Atlanta's own, Bonnie Mechelle is a featured commentator in the film. She has lost over 100 pounds by, "Accepting herself as a human being deserving and capable of love." Bonnie is the executive producer and editor at large of Healthtopia Radio and e-Magazine, Georgia's premier Christian health and wellness program for women.

The film’s release is in conjunction with the National Organization for Women’s Love Your Body Day, October 20, 2010, a time when women of all sizes celebrate self-acceptance and promote positive body image.
