The Future of Cinema International Film Festival hosted by Interlochen Center for the ArtsThe Future of Cinema International Film Festival is a festival exclusively for students in grades 9-12. It provides an opportunity for young filmmakers to meet professionals and peers, screen work, and discuss trends and developments in cinema. The submission deadline is September 16, 2011. Scholarships will be awarded to all exhibiters and category winners. Exhibiters are welcome to, but not required to attend. FOCFF is put on by Interlochen Center for the Arts,which offers boarding high school and summer programs for aspiring high school filmmakers. academy.interlochen.org/focff
