(Denver, CO) Denver production company "Red Giant Productions" to release psychological thriller "The Inner Room." The theatrical release launches on Thursday, August 4th, 2011 at 7:00pm at the Mayan Theatre in Denver, Colorado.
While visiting a cabin with her husband, Julianne becomes disturbed with horrific visions, calling her sanity into question.
The film made its world premiere at the Vail Film Festival in March.
The movie stars Jessica Duffy from the cult sensation "Ink" as well as the upcoming film "Dirty Little Trick" starring Dean Cain and Michael Madsen. The film also stars Marty Lindsey from "Suburban" and "Race Walkers" and David Dalton from "Swing Vote" and tv's "Friends."
The movie was written and directed by Jack Gastelbondo, and produced by Mark Diestler.
Film Synopsis: A couple visits a remote cabin to work on their relationship following a tragic event. While visiting the cabin, Julianne (Jessica Duffy) becomes disturbed with horrific visions, calling her sanity into question. She starts to see a world full of nightmares which seem to beckon her. She realizes her life may be in danger with no one left to trust. In the end, she must decide whether to follow her obsession or to let go, in order to survive.
The film was shot entirely in Colorado with the majority of filming taking place in Fairplay. The entire cast and crew have ties to Colorado.
