Singer Soulwriter Ray Prim is teaming with Omar Vallejo for his upcoming CD, five. With only one month to generate funding will it materialize? You be the judge.

(Austin, TX) For those that have followed Mr. Ray Prim, a singer soul writer from Austin, TX, throughout the years know that he keeps the music flowing by releasing new music on a regular basis. His claim is that "it is for his fans’ musical enjoyment." However, to the longtime follower it would appear that he just can’t stop the flow. The songs keep coming out of this man time and time again. This time Mr. Prim is teaming up with local engineer/producer Omar Vallejo to bring us his fifth studio album simply titled "five."

To help raise funds for recording and mastering he'll be running a Kickstarter Campaign. Kickstarter is a funding platform for creative projects in the world. Fans go on the site and pledge money to help fund the project. It's not about investing or lending, project creators keep 100% ownership and control over their work. Instead, they offer products and experiences in exchange for pledges. This is all or nothing funding, in other words, Ray must reach his funding goal before time runs out or no money changes hands. Why? It protects everyone involved. Creators aren’t expected to develop their project without the necessary funds, and it allows anyone to test concepts without risk.
