The 12th Annual Nevada City Film Festival (NCFF) will be presenting a passionately programmed lineup of indie cinema to enthusiastic film-fans against the stunning backdrop of Northern California's Sierra foothills in quaint Nevada City.

On the hunt for short film entries, NCFF offers a one-of-a-kind festival experience that has evolved from an informal gathering of local filmmakers into a significant regional industry attraction with great crowds and consistently sold-out screenings. Created by filmmakers, for filmmakers, NCFF ensures that all attending guests are warmly welcomed and enjoy their stay. Exhibiting filmmakers receive complimentary lodging and meals during the Festival, and vie for great prizes, including a $1,500 USD Special Jury Award and a $500 Audience Choice Award.
