This summer long camp will be a full production of Annie Jr., the performances of which will be held August 23-25 on the MockingBird Stage complete with costumes, lights, and music. Beginner actors and advanced acting students are welcome.

Annie Jr. is a marvelous adaptation of the original masterpiece, making the production manageable for students of all ages while still incorporating the most essential acting and singing techniques that every young actor should learn.

Director and Instructor Holly Chin has years of musical theater experience and is the director of MockingBird Glee and the MockingBird Singers as well as a private vocal instructor at MockingBird Music. Chin always strives to bring the best out of every student, coaxing them to push themselves beyond their perceived limitations. The results are always amazing and her Glee and Singers Program enrollments keep climbing. MockingBird expects this camp to be no different, so sign up early.

Theater Camp will meet every Tuesday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. all summer beginning on July 8. Understanding that every student will probably miss at least two rehearsals, MockingBird will accommodate vacations with a coordinated scheduling plan. The only requirement is that students are available the entire week of August 20-25. The cost of the camp is $395, payable in three installments.
