(Orlando, FL) Directed by D. Aaron Hunter and starring Lauren Gower �Crockdale� is a coming of age story that was shot in locations throughout Central Florida such as Avalon Park, Rollins College, College Park and Windermere. D. Aaron Hunter, owner and operator of local production company, Yellow Trigger Films and Timber Creek high school student, Lauren Gower head up a cast and crew made up entirely of local Floridians. A large portion of the crew are former and current film students, which D. Aaron thinks is the best way to get the community involved; using people that are going to be the future of Central Florida filmmaking.

Synopsis:

Crockdale is a place that seems to only exist in movies, but for some people it is their �everyday.� Sarah Fiction never really got to know her Father before he was taken away from her in a horrible accident. Her Mom, who makes a living through ebay, tries to do her best as a single Mom while dealing with her daughters� constant troubles. Hunter, Sarah�s best friend, dreams of being a big filmmaker, but can never seem to execute a plan without �relaxing himself� first. Finally, there is Crockdale High School; a place where Sarah is constantly tormented by fellow classmate Brooke, a �homophobic� English teacher and a Principal that may (or may not be) Wiccan. Before Sarah can live a normal teenage life, she has to deal with a veteran Detective, figure out why mysterious Hum-V�s keep parking outside her house and what her Dad�s connection was to the random missing children of West Crockdale�it�s amazing what we learn in only 4 days.

The streets of Avalon Park and the class rooms of Rollins College provide a picturesque backdrop for the story. The production team's camera work makes it easy for Orlando natives to pick out where a lot of the scenes were shot.
