Music, Sound, and Audio Technology
News: Film Composer Michael Cudahy was recently at Sundance this summer where he participated at the 2011 Feature Film Composers Lab. Michael was leader of the group Combustible Edison, whose music was featured as opening for Bryan Ferry’s tour, three CDs, and placement in Sex and the City and Terry Gilliam’s Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. The band also composed and performed the original score for Quentin Tarantino’s Four Rooms. He is known for providing a distinct and idiosyncratic, retro-tinged sound that has a solid grounding in both traditional orchestral and modern technology. He also has the dubious distinction of having set the record for the largest amount of winnings ($52,440) ever racked up by a non-winner on Jeopardy. Filmography
