(Oakland, CA) - FanAxcess.com, the first and only online platform created to help artists expand their chances to attract advertiser money, is now LIVE. Roberta Flack, M.C. Hammer, D.J. Quik, Livingston Taylor and Marcus Millerall very different artists and all part of the first wave of musicians to register profiles on FanAxcess.com.

FanAxcess.com is a platform where artists can create a free profile including their social network and fan base statistics. This patent-pending, Internet trading platform allows ad agencies, TV producers, film studios and music tour promoters to find exactly the singer/songwriter/band match for their product or services customer demographic needs.

Heres how it works: an ad agency Creative Director comes to FanAxcess.com to find a country music artist with fans who are men, 18 to 35 years old, and enough income to buy a truck, for example. The agency enters the request and through a process called FanMatch sm, a list of musicians whose parameters match appears. The agency reads about the fans, looks at the musician photos, hears music and video clips, and more. If they like what they see, they contact the artist or their representative through FanAxcess to make a sponsorship deal. The band could get their touring expenses offset by the payment. Money for Music!

FanAxcess provides opportunity from and exposure to ad agencies and brands that few artists now have or can afford to miss. Lets face it, says Suzanne Koga, co-founder of FanAxcess, Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber dont need us in order to be found; their phones ring all day. But every other musician in the world is leaving money on the table if they arent listed on FanAxcess.

Of the $20 billion sponsorship market (according to IEG), the Music Industry captures a paltry 13-17%. That is not right!, asserts Joan Martin, founder & CEO (MBA, Columbia). We needed to find a way to help artists get the same opportunities to be seen as the same important media channel option as sports and film. Artists have loyal audiences! Advertisers would love to reach them. Its the discovery process that has been cumbersome to date - not any longer with FanAxcess.com.

Artists often cite difficulty in reaching the dealmakers, and in the past, the dealmakers have had difficulty finding measurable statistics to gauge a musicians visibility/viability. Now, its easy to see which artist is right to represent a brand, an entertainment property, or a campaign. FanAxcess makes it easy to identify which artists will appeal to the target audience for products. FanAxcess makes music an easy and obvious place for brands to spend their ad and marketing budgets.

With a diverse database of artists, ranging from regional bands (minimum of 1000 social media contacts) to international icons, FanAxcess registration is free to artists. There is no fee to join and maintain a presence in the database. Brands and their agencies pay a fee to search the database, finding accurate matches to maximize their marketing dollars. Brands know instantly whose eyes and ears they are buying when they choose an artist!
