(Pasadena, CA) NewBay Media announces its 15th annual Digital Video Expo conference and exhibition will be held at the Pasadena Convention Center from September 20-22, 2011. Focusing on HD content creation and distribution, Digital Video Expo is expected to attract thousands of creative professionals who will gather at the show for three full days of intensive education, hands-on training, exhibits and networking.

"Digital Video Expo has become an important event for creative professionals to explore the latest technologies, learn from world-class professionals, and connect with peers who share the same passion,"said Carmel King, NewBay Media Executive Vice President. "And for this year's event, we've added even more dedicated training sessions, along with networking events and free presentations."

This year's Digital Video Expo educational program is comprised of four concurrent conference tracks and free educational sessions on the show floor, as well as Weynand Training on leading software applications, including Apple Certification Training in the new Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Flash, Apple Motion, Avid Media Composer 5.5 for FCP Editors and Adobe Premiere Pro. The event will also premiere much-anticipated hands-on training conducted by AbelCine, which is focused on video formats and workflow, and the Sony FS100 and Sony F3 cameras.

In addition, Digital Video Expo will play host to the industry's most innovative technology companies, who will give attendees the opportunity to get a first look at their newest products and services on the show floor.
