CBS Films Acquires Rights to "Sleeper Spy"

(Los Angeles, CA) CBS Films, the feature film division of CBS Corporation (NYSE: CBS.A and CBS), announces it has acquired the rights to the thriller �Sleeper Spy� by Anthony Jaswinski from Equus Media Development Company, LLC which funds development for Kopelson Entertainment. Jeff Wadlow is in discussions to direct. Kopelson Entertainment will produce. The announcement was made by Amy Baer, President and Chief Executive Officer of CBS Films.

Jaswinski�s script is a non-stop thriller centered around a plot to assassinate a political figure. Further details of the story are being kept under wraps.

Academy Award Winner Arnold Kopelson (�Platoon�) will produce with wife/partner Anne Kopelson under their Kopelson Entertainment banner. Other Kopelson Entertainment films include �The Fugitive�, �Se7ev�, �Outbreak�, �The Devil�s Advocate� and �A Perfect Murder�. Ryan Engle will executive produce.

Jeff Wadlow most recently directed the Summit Entertainment release �Never Back Down.� He co-wrote and directed �Cry Wolf.�
