This week is a special time in history for fans of MRU. This week marks 5 years ago when the MRU movies officially became Greenlit and the Main Principal Photography (Iron Man 3 – Far From Home Scene Recreations) filming began.

It was here, 5 years ago that I went all in with the idea of the Marvel Recreation Universe Short Films, and was the point of no return.

The budget was spent, all scenes were decided and planned out, and the Post-Production was scheduled as well as the roles (At the time) were cast.

Special shout out- to my friend and MRU Co-Creator Jon Anderson for believing in the project, sticking with it during the delays/ and in the hard times on the films.

Without him, The MRU films would not exist.

I had no idea, if these Recreation Films would make an impact and people would care about them, and it’s hard to believe what my life would have been like now, without them.

To celebrate this 5 year anniversary, I have included the never before seen Diagram, planning grid for the Marvel Recreation Universe movie from July 2020.

This diagram enabled me to quickly pitch the idea people and helped me keep track of all the scene Recreations in the film/ while recording all of the costumes needed for each scene, what locations to film each scene, and the scenes all of the actors were in per character.

It also helped me plan out filming days and other logistics for the Production.

Some of the scenes/ideas/ actors changed but this was the game plan for the film, 5 years ago, back in July 2020

Hard to believe MRU’S first official filming day was 5 years ago. Thanks for supporting MRU, and being the best fans in the world.
