If I may make a friendly suggestion re your topic.
The title “working with a rental house” confused me for a bit. In the film business a “rental house ” is the term most used for a place where you rent cameras and G&E gear for a film shoot.
In my personal experience doing location shoots, a house that you rent to film in would be refered to as a “Practical Location”. In other words, an existing place that you have made arrangements to use and film in.
