Collaborative VR allows you to also move around and show gestures, unlike the classical video conference. I believe you can also use tools like drawing boards and such, it is just like a real-life simulation of a meeting, except instead of your face, it is your avatar but it can move just like you do because you can move with the two controllers.

Also, these days, you can also wear the VR headset with your glasses by using a Glasses Spacer. You have to gently pull out the soft pads and place the Glasses Spacer.
