Cipriani Competition for Film Music Composers

Stelvio Cipriani was one of the most successful Italian composers for the big screen, along with Ennio Morricone, Riz Ortolani, Nino Rota. He was chosen by James Cameron, Quentin Tarantino, and Dino Risi among others.

The jury is composed by:

Andrea Morricone, composer (Rome)

Peter Bishai, director (New York)

Angelo Bozzolino, director (Rome)

Luigi Porto, composer (New York)

Ian Robbins, musician (Los Angeles)

Dimitri Scarlato, composer (London)

The prizes include:

To the winner:

– € 1000,00 grant and invitation to attend the exclusive award ceremony in Rome
– € 10.000,00 worth handcrafted Gold Medal “Stelvio Cipriani Prize
