When shooting different scenes in the same general area, do not just think about current setup; also consider how you will light the next scene, and perhaps the scene after that. See if you can position your lights (particularly any huge scaffold-mounted HMIs that you're using) so that there will be the least amount of time and effort needed to move to the next setup.
