CineTech Media Professionals Present “Creating Social Media Video Ads with Impact” with Dave Sica and Bruce Frigeri
They’ll present a Case Study of an ad that they created which surprised them both!
- Dave Sica: Dave has spent his entire career producing primarily corporate video presentations through his company Sica Productions. Since last November, however, he has felt strongly motivated to use his communications skills to help further certain political agendas, and when invited to participate in the production of Facebook video advertising for the recent mayoral campaign in his town, he dove in enthusiastically. Although he has always been bullish on the power of video as a communication tool he admits to being a little surprised at how significantly the ads apparently influenced the outcome of the election.
- Bruce Frigeri: Bruce is the founder and President of Lifesize Entertainment. Lifesize began as a sales agent, transitioned into theatrical and dvd distribution and then began producing film and television in 2008. His programs have been broadcast on major networks, including Animal Planet and Nat Geo. Credits include RESCUE VET (13 x 30), GIVE ME SHELTER (13 x 30), and THE WILD BUNCH (13 x 30) as well as the completed pilot for PARANORMAL INTERVENTION. Feature film credits include FEAR HOUSE. Frigeri and Lifesize began producing ads for social media, notably Facebook and Instagram, in 2017. Their ads (and their distribution) are acknowledged to have played a key role in helping Mayor Michael Soriano and his slate of Council Candidates win their races in Parsippany last Fall.
