1. Why should you allow extra time when leaving for a meeting to pitch your story?

Flirt with them
Practice your pitch
Be nice! They may have more say than you realize and may eventually move up into positions of power.
Take out your frustrations and anger on them so you feel better.

Put them on vibrate so you don't miss something important
Leave your cell phone on during a pitch- you may miss something important

To your parents/significant other/siblings/friends at home
