The Emerson College community is deeply saddened by devastation caused by Hurricane Katrina. Our hearts and prayers go out to all those impacted by this terrible human tragedy.

Emerson is prepared to admit an appropriate number of qualified students currently enrolled in programs in our major fields (communication and the arts) who are unable to attend classes at colleges and universities that have been closed due to the storm. Undergraduates wishing to apply for “special student” status at Emerson should contact Sara Ramirez, Director of Undergraduate Admission (sara_ramizez@emerson.edu). Graduate students should contact the Director of Graduate Admission, Lynn Terrell at Lynn_Terrell@emerson.edu.

Potential applicants are advised that no campus housing is available.
