World Wide Motion Pictures Corporation is pleased to announce a partnership with Children's Cancer and Blood Foundation (CCBF) to raise awareness for the award-winning feature film, Ways To Live Forever. The film will open in numerous theaters throughout the US later this year. Based on the popular children's novel by British author Sally Nicholls, a spunky 12-year-old leukemia patient named Sam and his best friend Felix set out to achieve their dreams and in the process learn to appreciate family, friends, and the oddities of life, leaving viewers both uplifted and inspired.

"We are very proud to be working with CCBF to help spread this important message," offers Paul D. Hancock, President and CEO of World Wide. "We hope that Ways To Live Forever will not only bring more awareness to these disorders, but also increase funding for research and patient support; a portion of our box office sales will be donated toward these continuing efforts."

Ways To Live Forever stars critically acclaimed actors Ben Chaplin (The Thin Red Line, The Truth About Cats & Dogs), Greta Scacchi (The Player, Emma), Robbie Kay (Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides), Alex Etel (The Water Horse), Emilia Fox (Pride And Prejudice - BBC), and Ella Purnell (Intruders, Never Let Me Go). The growing list of international awards includes: Best Feature Film from the European Children's Film Association, Best Picture at the Bordeaux International Festival of Women in Cinema, the Heartland Film Festival Audience Award, and the Chicago International Children's Film Festival's Adult Jury Prize. Additionally, nationally renowned book publisher Scholastic has plans for a re-issue of Nicholls' best-selling novel as an enhanced eBook in advance of the film's North American theatrical release.

"We are excited to be partnering with ‘Ways to Live Forever' in our efforts to spread CCBF's message and search for a cure," said Les Lieberman, Chairman of CCBF, "Together, we can make a profound difference in the lives of so many children."

Founded in 1952, the CCBF's three-fold mission is to support the comprehensive clinical care of children living with cancer and blood disorders; foster research to help understand the causes of childhood cancer and blood disorders; and sponsor the fellowship training of pediatricians of the subspecialty of pediatric hematology and oncology.
