Actors Hall of Fame brings college students and famous actors together to talk about their latest roles in Movies, TV shows and Broadway Plays.

(Seattle, WA) Pre production is underway on a new weekly one hour TV series featuring famous actors talking about their latest roles with college acting students; it was announced today by Rusty Citron, President of The Actors Hall of Fame Foundation.

Produced in partnership with the University of Washington's internationally acclaimed School of Drama and UWTV, this new weekly series will be available simultaneously across multiple distribution platforms including broadcast/cable, broadband, mobile, and out of home.

The yearlong series will debut on September 29th at 8PM on UWTV (Comcast 27) in Washington and nationally on a major cable network. The program will be shot on the University of Washington campus along with special "on location" shows in Los Angeles and New York City.

Each week 6-10 acting students from the School of Drama get to see and understand how stars prepare for challenging parts, how they play to the camera or audience, and the behind the scene techniques actors use to bring characters to life.

The set is a workshop that lends itself to lively conversation, demonstrations and impromptu performance in a professional environment.

As a production of The Actors Hall of Fame, which is a nonprofit 501(c)3 foundation, proceeds from the program support the foundation's mission of restoring dramatic arts education in schools.
