Shure exhibited and demonstrated its FP wireless systems series, designed specifically for professional sound capture in demanding videography and electronic field production (EFP) environments, at the G&G Technologies Broadcasters Show in Saddle Brook, New Jersey, Wednesday, May 8, 2013. This series includes the FP1 Bodypack Transmitter, FP2 Handheld Transmitter, FP3 Plug-on Transmitter, and FP5 Portable Reciever.

Featuring a comprehensive selection of system configurations with key wireless audio technologies and components, FP Wireless provides the ability to capture crystal-clear audio with confidence. With simple and flexible components, including a portable receiver and XLR plug-on transmitter, it has never been easier for audio to be captured in the demanding and dynamic videography and electronic field production environment.

The FP1 Bodypack Transmitter features a lightweight and durable design for use with TA4F-connection microphones including lavaliers and headsets.

The FP2 Handheld Wireless Transmitter features either the legendary Shure SM58® cardioid dynamic microphone capsule or the VP68 omnidirectional condenser capsule mounted to lightweight, durable transmitter handles.

FP2 is compatible with all Shure wireless capsules and ideal for use with FP Wireless and SLX Wireless.

The FP3 Plug-on Transmitter works with virtually any Shure XLR dynamic microphone and battery-powered condenser microphones.

Ergonomically designed to fit comfortably in the hand, the FP3 is ideal for use with Shure FP Wireless and SLX Wireless.

Designed for on-camera mounting, the FP5 Portable Receiver locates an open frequency at the touch of a button and instantly syncs the transmitter to the receiver frequency.

The battery-powered FP5 is lightweight and durable, featuring diversity antennas and output to either XLR or 1/8" connectors. Designed for use with FP Wireless and SLX Wireless.

FP Wireless Systems feature patented Audio Reference Companding for crystal-clear sound beyond the limits of conventional wireless technology.
