Seminal Films Announces the World Premiere of Teen Thriller �The Devil Within�

‘The Devil Within’ stars Grey Damon of Friday Night Lights and is having midnight screenings this Friday and Saturday, with special appearances by the cast and crew. The DVD is scheduled to be released on June 29, 2010.

(Los Angeles, CA) Seminal Films held a midnight screening and DVD release of ‘The Devil Within,’ the best backyard pool party massacre to hit the teen scene in years. This sexy, twisted teen thriller held its world premiere at the Laemmle Sunset 5 in Hollywood at 11:55pm on May 21 and 22, 2010.

Starring Grey Damon (Friday Night Lights, True Blood), Bill Oberst Jr. (The Secret Lives of Bees) and Elizabeth Di Prinzio, “this… horror film brings the goods!” (Planet Of Terror). A night of alcohol, sex, drugs and partying in the Hollywood hills is the perfect setting for Serina’s 18th birthday party – until this high school party goes horribly wrong when an uninvited guest begins killing them one by one. Even the innocent are not safe from the rampage! The twisted ending is not to be missed.

The film is produced by Randy Aldridge, Tom Milo and Matt Dean and Executive Produced by Seminal Films’ Rui Da Silva and Mathius Mack Gertz. It was shot entirely in Hollywood, Santa Clarita and San Fernando Valley with local cast and crew. A part of the proceeds from the showing are being donated to the Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita (AMC) a disease that affects Peyten Aldridge, one of the stars of the film. DVD preorders are available on Amazon.com, with the release scheduled for June 29, 2010 through E1 Entertainment.

The new single “Magic” by up-and-coming artist Emii will be featured in the film. The artist herself attended the screening and red carpet event.
