Lyons Den Productions, in cooperation with the Edinboro University Alumni Relations office, Student Government Association, and Edinboro Film Series are proud to announce the northwestern Pennsylvania premiere of the feature film "There Are No Goodbyes." (Erie, PA) Lyons Den Productions, in cooperation with the Edinboro University Alumni Relations office, Student Government Association, and Edinboro Film Series are proud to announce the northwestern Pennsylvania premiere of the feature film "There Are No Goodbyes." The two-night event will be held in Louis C. Cole Memorial Auditorium at Edinboro University. The premiere is set for Thursday April 19th at 8:00PM with an encore screening and regional filmmaker showcase Friday April 20th. A Q&A session with cast and crew will follow the film each night. "There Are No Goodbyes" writer/director John C. Lyons said of the upcoming events, "We screened our last film 'Schism' at Edinboro University and 1,300 people attended. Many of us involved in this project are from the area, and most of the film was shot here as well, so these events are a very big deal for us. We can’t wait to show everyone what we’ve been working on the past couple of years!" In addition to Erie and Pittsburgh, scenes from the film were also shot in Poland, Czech Republic, and Ireland. Synopsis: Born and raised in a quiet, industrial city, Oliver has grown comfortable, but without direction. He is contacted by a mysterious gentleman who gives him an odd task to complete. Without knowing the man or his motivation, he complies and is rewarded. The tasks continue and provide purpose, but soon he begins to question the man and his intentions. Frustrated and back on his own, Oliver crosses paths with a young photographer named Raina, who introduces new energy to his life. They fall in love and all is well until the man returns with one more task to complete. Will Oliver succumb to his demands and does he have a choice? Produced by: John C.
