StudentFilmmakers.com gives a special thanks to the filmmakers, journalists, and digital storytellers who attended the recent "HDSLR Filmmaking Workshop from Shoot to Post with Patrick Reis." We give a special thanks to filmmaker/instructor Patrick Reis, and to the workshop sponsors, BeachTek, indiSYSTEM, SmallHD, Carl Zeiss, AJA Video Systems, and Sony Creative Software. Held at the StudentFilmmakers.com studio in Manhattan, New York (Oct. 1, 2011), the workshop and networking event featured the newest HDSLR techniques and best practices.

Attendees tried out new solutions, tools, and gear by indiSYSTEM, Carl Zeiss, SmallHD, and DSLR, and BeachTek. During the post production portion of the workshop, Patrick Reis illustrated how to quickly shoot and edit a short video with music in Sony Vegas Pro 10. The StudentFilmmakers.com staff posted 15 new photos in the event's Photo Gallery Online.
