Go Social Film Magazine Partners with San Jose Short Film Festival to Stream Official Selection Shorts Online to Global Audience via the iPad

(San Francisco, CA) - The San Jose Short Film Festival was founded to showcase Silicon Valley's leadership role in contemporary filmmaking and support independent filmmakers from around the globe, the new Go Social Film Magazine iPad App will focus on bringing talented international filmmakers the online audiences they so richly deserve, with articles, features, exclusive footage and more.

Go Social LLC made the announcement this week at the Cannes Film Festival in France, as they launched their new Go Social Film Magazine iPad Application. Go Social Film Magazine is the first iPad magazine to feature international short films and deliver these films in their entirety directly to viewer iPads. This free iPad application is purpose built to take advantage of the iPad platform and deliver high quality entertainment in a convenient and easy to access format.

"Too often short filmmakers are under recognized and their films don't get the exposure that they deserve. We've created this great cutting edge distribution platform to benefit these filmmakers as well as film lovers." Nadzeya Huselnikava, CEO/ co-founder of GSFM Go Social LLC.

Partnering with the San Jose Short Film Festival allows Go Social LLC to connect with Silicon Valley patrons and gain real-time insight to the film going audiences at the October four day festival. The new interactive magazine will feature mobile selections from the festival, including the Grand Prize Winner and during this summer, highlight the Best of the Festival Winners from the previous SJSFF events, streaming winning short films in their entirety.

The SJSFF will be offering a special Mobile Production category for the first time this year, that will feature short films that have been shot on a mobile devices, be it a smart phone, tablet or one of Apple's iPads.
