The Band From TV CD and DVD, “Hoggin’ All The Covers, Unleashed”
is slated for November 9, 2010 release. The Band From TV, CD and DVD includes
a powerhouse of well-known and acclaimed actors including: Greg Grunberg (drums),
a veteran of shows such as "Alias", "Felicity" and "Heroes"
and stars in the upcoming NBC show "Love Bites"; Hugh Laurie (keyboards),
currently starring in the FOX hit "House"; James Denton (guitar)...
(Los Angeles, CA) Band From Tv to Release Cd & Dual Hd-Dvd, “Hoggin’
All The Covers Unleashed” with Never Before Seen Behind-the-Scenes Footage,
Making of the Dvd, and Backstage Pranks
Generosity Records will be releasing a new (separate) CD and Dual HD-DVD from
Band From TV entitled: “Hoggin’ All The Covers Unleashed.”
The Dual-Disc DVD will contain double the amount of footage as the first release,
including never-before-seen footage such as: Behind-The-Scenes, Making Of the
DVD, Backstage Pranks and more. Now that the DVD will be housed on a 2-sided
(dual) disc, the quality will be substantially enhanced (not compressed to fit
on one disc). The CD (now a CD-Rom) will contain bonus DVD footage, Screensavers
and Wallpaper. Unlike the first release of “Hoggin’ All The Covers”
which was never available outside of Amazon.com, “Hoggin’ All The
Covers Unleashed” will be available mainstream at retailers including:
Walmart, Best Buy, K-Mart, Barnes & Noble, Borders and Independent Retailers,
as well as across hundreds of Digital and Mobile outlets.
The Band From TV, CD and DVD includes a powerhouse of well-known and acclaimed
actors including: Greg Grunberg (drums), a veteran of shows such as “Alias”,
“Felicity” and “Heroes” and stars in the upcoming NBC
show “Love Bites”; Hugh Laurie (keyboards), currently starring in
the FOX hit “House”; James Denton (guitar), currently starring in
the ABC hit “Desperate Housewives”; Bob Guiney (vocals) who appeared
on “The Bachelor” and is currently the host of the Game Show Network’s
“GSN Live” and Bonnie Somerville (vocals), who appeared on “Cashmere
Mafia” and most recently starred in the movie “The Ugly Truth”.
Rounding out the band are accomplished musicians Rich Winer, Chris Kelley, Barry
Sarna and child-star turned bass player Brad Savage.
“On November 9, 2010 we will be giving the fans the opportunity to check
out exactly what they are most interested in: behind-the-scenes footage, backstage
pranks and never-before-seen content. The label has scrapped the previously
completed artwork and masters, and is making the “by popular demand”
changes as we speak” stated Kurt Benjamin, CEO of Generosity Records.
Partial proceeds from sales of Band From TV’s digital and physical product
will be donated to each Actor’s charity of choice including: (Hugh Laurie)
Save the Children, (James Denton) The Conservation Fund, (Greg Grunberg) The
Epilepsy Foundation and TalkAboutIt.org, (Bob Guiney) The Art of Elysium and
Children’s Hospital LA; Child Abuse Prevention Program (Bonnie Somerville),
plus The Fender Music Foundation (previously the Guitar Center Music Foundation).
