Emmy Award-winning Hollywood Director is directing episodes of TBS’s original sitcom Sullivan & Son, which kicks off its second season on Thursday, June 13, at 10 p.m. (ET/PT). Starring popular comedian Steve Byrne, the show is executive-produced by Vince Vaughn (Wedding Crashers), Peter Billingsley (Iron Man) and showrunner Rob Long (Cheers).

Schiller is well known and respected for his talents directing and producing more than 250 episodes of sitcoms, including nine years on the CBS hit comedy ‘The King of Queens,’ ‘Two and a Half Men,’ ‘Wendell & Vinnie,’ ‘Til Death” and his latest motion picture, ‘And They're Off,’ starring Sean Astin and Kevin Nealon.

“It’s a pleasure to be working with such a talented group of cast and crew for the show’s second season,” said Rob Schiller, president of R&B JAAMZS Inc.

The cast includes Dan Lauria (The Wonder Years), Christine Ebersole (Royal Pains, Amadeus), Brian Doyle-Murray (Groundhog Day, The Middle), Jodi Long (Beginners), Valerie Azlynn (Tropic Thunder), Vivian Bang (Yes Man), Owen Benjamin (The House Bunny) Ahmed Ahmed (Iron Man) and Roy Wood Jr. (Last Comic Standing).

Byrne plays Steve Sullivan, a successful corporate attorney who comes home to Pittsburgh and buys the family bar – Sullivan & Son. Freed from his corporate life, Steve spends his days hanging out with his best friends: the gullible Owen (Benjamin), cougar-chasing Ahmed (Ahmed) and hard-nosed Roy (Wood, Jr.); weighing oft-opposing counsel from his lovable Irish-American father, Jack Sullivan (Lauria), and stern Korean mother, Ok Cha (Long); getting accosted by his long-suffering, under-appreciated younger sister, Susan (Bang); delighting in offensive comments from gruff barfly Hank (Doyle-Murray); and watching the bar’s resident siren, Carol (Ebersole), hit on just about every man who comes in the door. Steve has even rekindled a few romantic sparks with his former flame, paramedic Melanie (Azlynn).

In the season two premiere, The Hangover’s Ken Jeong guest stars as Susan’s husband Jason who, like Steve, also considers leaving a successful career to follow his bliss. The rest of gang returns with a full mug of bad behavior; dating a motley crew of Pittsburgh’s shadiest, getting taken into custody by the Secret Service, and even being haunted by hallucinations of Wheel of Fortune’s Pat Sajak.

Created by Rob Long and Steve Byrne, Sullivan & Son is produced for TBS by Wild West Television, in association with Warner Horizon Television. In its first season, TBS's Sullivan & Son drew 2.7 million viewers and 1.4 million Adults 18-49. Last year, it ranked as one of basic cable's Top 10 new summer series with Adults 18-34.
