Have you ever asked yourself "How will anyone know how good my screenplay is, if it never made into a film?" Here is your chance to see your screenplay brought to life. The winner in each category will not only receive a cash prize, but will get the opportunity to have their screenplay made into a film upon contract agreement with Fernleif Productions and the writer.

Fernleif Productions is always working to give new and emerging talent a chance to showcase their work. Many writers and film makers never get the opportunity to have their creations brought to life or viewed by a mass audience, and this competition helps them fulfill that vision. The winners of this competition will have the opportunity to work directly with Fernleif Productions to get maximum exposure to their work. This could include production contracts for screenplays, or distribution contracts for completed films and shorts.

The "Back in the Box" Screenplay Competition (BIB) is an opportunity to showcase your work and compete for a production or distribution deal with Fernleif Productions.
