Q: Who can enter the contest?
A: The contest is open to ALL independent filmmakers and video makers.

Q: Is there a fee to enter?
A: No. There is no entry fee. The contest is free to enter.

Q: If I live outside the US, can I still enter the contest?
A: Yes, the contest is open to all filmmakers in the US and internationally. If you live outside the US, you can still enter the contest.

Q: I am the cinematographer/editor of the film, can I submit the film?
A: Yes or No. You must own all rights to the film submitted, and you must be authorized to submit the film.

Q: I do not have an URL or FTP. How can I participate in the contest?
A: You can upload your entry to our servers or mail in your entry. We provide you with browser-based FTP access to do this, or you can put it on a CD or mini DV and mail it to us. DVD is not acceptable.
